Privacy notice
This notice explains what nprax does with the information you give us through this website. It will be replaced with a full privacy policy when nprax begins trading.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone and mobile numbers, business name, industry, team size, postcode, the email platform and business software you use, your approximate IT budget, how IT is looked after today, and any notes you add.
We also record basic technical and marketing information with your application: the page you arrived from and any campaign tags (such as utm_source), your browser's user-agent, the country your connection appears to come from, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to detect abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your application.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, decide whether we're a good fit, and contact you about nprax's services. We also use it to protect the form from spam and abuse, and to understand which industries are interested.
Who sees it
Your application is visible only to the nprax team. We do not sell your information. Our website and form are delivered through Cloudflare (including its Turnstile bot check and privacy-friendly Web Analytics), which processes some technical data, such as your IP address, on our behalf and may do so outside Australia.
Where it's stored
Applications are stored in a database in Australia. We keep them for as long as we need them to run the waitlist and follow up, and delete them on request.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your application, at any time. Contact details for privacy requests will be published here when nprax launches; until then, reply to any message we send you.
